White Bird is a classic indoor plant.  It is easily adaptable to most indoor conditions.  Folks love the palm look White Bird provides in homes or offices

Like it's cousin the banana, White Bird grows multiple stems ...so over time you have tall stems plus lower stems plus new baby stems creating a very lush tropical environment

The "classic" Bird-of-Paradise is the orange, Strelitzia reginae and it also has very large flowers.   Flowers are waxy, large (often 8x8 inches or more) and extremely long lasting on the stem or cut for arrangements

Orange Bird likes full sun, organic soil that is well drained but kept moist.   A 5-year-old plant, for example, can show off several dozen of marvelous flowers simultaneously, then rest, then grow more
