Pink Tabebuia may be called Pink Poui-Rosea or Pink Trumpet Tree or just Pink Tab

Rated zone 10 and warm parts of zone 9, no other pink flowering tree blooms so long providing gorgeous delicate crape-like flowers for months ...from very early spring into summer

Larger than the Yellow Tabebuia, Pink Tab is rated widely from 20-40 feet. Most mature trees we see are 25-30 feet

Young Pink Tabs grow like the Yellow but then fill out taller and wider so owners enjoy the cooling benefits of shade as well

Pink Tab blooms starting near the first day of spring and is a good, reliable tree, and stronger against the elements. Also, as it matures, Pink Tab will bloom on and off through all the warm months and into the fall for older larger trees

Pink Tab is semi-deciduous. Some trees lose most of their leaves prior to blooming (best) while others hold many of their old leaves while in flower

One good "trick" is to cut off all added water 6-8 weeks before spring. This will encourage leaf drop and produce a much heavier show of flowers
